A few quick tips for troubleshooting IQMC products:
For the IQMC412, IQMC520 and the IQMC Outdoor, the first step is to check the antennas. Make sure the proper antenna goes to the corresponding connector on the router box, and make sure they are firmly in place. Do not over-tighten.
If speeds are slow for any of the IQMC products, we recommend that you unplug or power off the device and wait about 10 minutes before powering up. This allows the unit to release the virtual SIM card, and search for a more robust connection.
If you are still experiencing issues with the products, please contact us. Many times, we can simply access the device via the Device Management Portal, run a scan and reset for you in less than a minute. We recommend that you contact us upon setting up the device to run a scan and make sure you are set correctly and on the most optimum carrier prior to launching. While this is not necessary, it does alleviate any wait times while on an install.
